3. Where do you get your credit information?

We get the credit information from one of the 3 credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion and Experian). This ensures that you are getting up to date and accurate credit files. This also allows us to use extra criteria in the lists to pinpoint the best leads for your direct marketing campaign.

4. How does exclusivity play a part in direct mail?

Any time you engage in a direct marketing campaign in a specific area you do not want a close competitor to send similar mail to the same people. We will always give area exclusivity. This means that for a pre-determined amount of time while you are running a campaign, we will not provide a similar campaign to anyone in the area. Typical time frame is 30-45 days. This will allow you to finish your campaign and start a new one without a competitor acquiring the territory.

5. How do I design the art used for the direct mail campaign?

With a list of attached phone numbers (usually about 15-30% match rate with the mailing list) you can have your staff call the customers during the mail campaign.
